Wuvpets wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

Reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Personalized products, opened consumables (food, treats, hygiene), and gift cards are non-returnable.
